Job summary

Huawei seeks an Industry Development Manager to build strategic relationships with European testing and certification institutions and to ensure our products meet European standards. The role can be based in the Netherlands or Germany and requires strong communication and renewable energy knowledge.

English is essential; German is an advantage. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, support pre-sales activities, and translate evolving grid code requirements to Product Management, enabling

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external organizations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across diverse groups.
• Experience in industry associations or certification/testing bodies.
• Strong stakeholder management with key decision-makers.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in a second European language (German is advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with European testing and certification institutions.
• Identify and track European standards and grid codes affecting Huawei solutions.
• Develop test and certification plans for PV inverters or Energy Storage Systems.
• Support pre-sales activities with grid code, testing and certification expertise.
• Communicate new requirements from standards to Product Management.
• Navigate complex organizational landscapes across Europe.
