EY is seeking an Europe ESGS Manager to lead day-to-day delivery and coordination of EY’s inclusive procurement program across Europe. You will maintain processes, coordinate stakeholders and support reporting, training and supplier engagement activities.

The role requires practical supply chain or procurement experience, strong organization and analytical skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across functions.

Formación

• Experience supporting inclusive procurement, supplier diversity or related supply chain programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of supply chain and strategic sourcing processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of Europe’s inclusive procurement strategy and priorities.
• Maintain program trackers, dashboards and data; monitor KPIs and prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate activities to expand the program using the ESG Services 10-step global expansion process.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Europe stakeholders and follow up on actions.
• Provide materials and coordination support for inclusive procurement engagements and market-facing opportunities.
• Coordinate supplier outreach, development activities and networking sessions.
• Serve as an operational contact for Europe inquiries and escalate to the ESGS Leader as needed.
• Prepare and distribute communications, guidance and training materials for Europe.
