Qualifications

• At least 5 years of procurement experience in FM, CAPEX or equipment.
• Proven cost savings and commercial improvements across portfolios €30M+.
• Expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier selection and negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management.
• English proficiency; willingness to travel 20-30% within Europe.
• MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sourcing strategies for Facilities Management and CAPEX.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and mitigate procurement risks.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to drive procurement performance.
• Integrate ESG objectives into sourcing and monitor supplier compliance.
