Job summary

Brooks Running is seeking an enthusiastic Ecommerce Junior Merchandiser to help grow our European BrooksRunning.com presence. You will work with EMEA merchandisers to enable on-time product availability, ensure localized product information, and QA multiple sites.

You will support content creation, schedule price books, and assist in campaigns and launches while maintaining data accuracy and strong cross‑team collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and catalog management; Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferred.
• Experience with Content Management Systems; Sitecore CMS preferred.
• 1+ year of experience delivering online customer experiences.
• Strong problem solving and UX/UI improvement mindset.
• Affinity with Brooks product lines and ecommerce trends.
• Data oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Support the eCommerce Merchandisers with site content creation aligned to seasonal goals.
• Collaborate with Content Specialist to execute content calendar and enrich web pages.
• Input and validate product information across locales; ensure data flow accuracy.
• Track product lifecycle calendar and ensure timely launches and promotions.
• Assist with new launches, site campaigns, and updating product collections.
• Verify pricing accuracy across inline and past-season products across sites.
• Assist in analyzing customer behavior, site usage, and A/B testing.
• Secure campaign assets from creative and load into the ecommerce platform/CMS.
• Perform QA/Maintenance to ensure offers and copy are localized.
