Job summary

Brooks Sports Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Operations Specialist, EMEA, to ensure Brooks’ digital commerce experience runs smoothly and efficiently across all touchpoints.

You will coordinate day-to-day website operations, monitor order flow, support testing and releases, and analyze performance to improve the runner experience across EMEA. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, digital commerce, information technology, operations, or similar.
• 1+ years in eCommerce operations or related digital environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor order flow to ensure accurate order processing, fulfillment and delivery.
• Track and document order, website, payment, and customer experience issues.
• Triage operational incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Support testing, QA, and release readiness activities.
• Maintain recurring operational reports and dashboards tracking performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across eCommerce, IT, Customer Service, CRM, and Analytics.
