Job summary

Brooks is seeking an EMEA E-commerce Operations Specialist to ensure Brooksrunning.com delivers a smooth, accurate, and efficient customer experience across digital touchpoints.

You will monitor day-to-day operations, coordinate testing, and work with IT, Digital Products, Customer Service, CRM, Merchandising, Analytics, and external partners to resolve issues and improve performance for runners across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, digital commerce, IT, operations, or a related field.
• 1+ years in eCommerce operations or a related digital environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with operational data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day eCommerce operations and order flow to ensure accurate processing, fulfillment, delivery and customer experience.
• Assist with tracking and documenting order, website, payment, and customer experience issues; perform initial investigation.
• Triage operational incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely resolution.
• Maintain recurring operational reports and dashboards tracking performance, issue trends, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, SOPs and documentation.
