Job summary

Zeekr Europe is seeking an After Sales Commercial Revenue Manager to elevate the commercial performance of our European after-sales business across parts, services and customer programs. You will lead pricing, margin management and revenue growth while coordinating with distributors, sales, marketing, finance and product teams.

You will develop commercial offers, loyalty initiatives, and cross-functional strategies to strengthen customer engagement and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar commercial after sales, revenue management, or service business role preferably within an automotive OEM environment.
• Proven experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and commercial performance with direct accountability for revenue and profitability.
• A strong track record of developing and executing successful commercial growth initiatives within parts, service, and customer programs.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with distributors, dealer networks, and cross-functional stakeholders in a European or multinational business environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Zeekr's after sales business across Europe, driving revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and market competitiveness across parts, services, service contracts, campaigns, and customer programs.
• Own pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through portfolio optimization, upselling, cross-selling, and new service offerings.
• Manage relationships with distributors, National Sales Companies, suppliers, and key stakeholders, leading commercial negotiations and ensuring successful implementation of after sales initiatives across European markets.
• Develop and support marketing activities, commercial offers, customer engagement programs, and value propositions that strengthen customer loyalty and enhance the visibility of Zeekr's after sales offerings.
• Monitor commercial performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, translating insights into actions that improve both financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Support product launches and strategic business initiatives by providing commercial and market input to ensure successful market adoption and sustainable growth.
