Zeekr Europe, a premium EV and technology solutions brand, seeks an IT Business Partner to lead After Sales IT strategy across the EU. You will own the IT roadmap, translate business needs into IT capabilities, and partner with After Sales leadership to drive value.

You will manage end-to-end requirements, govern change, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with large IT programs and cross-country rollouts.

Responsabilités

• Act as the IT Business Partner for After Sales operations in the EU Hub.
• Own and maintain the After Sales IT roadmap.
• Translate business needs into IT demand and investment plans.
• Lead change management and ensure user adoption.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Product Teams, and vendors.
