Job summary

Vanderlande Industries GmbH is seeking a Warehouse Manager EU to lead the operational execution of Physical Distribution across Europe, overseeing the EU distribution centers in Veghel (NL) and Santpedor (ES). You will drive shop-floor efficiency, throughput, and end-to-end warehouse performance.

Reporting to the Global Director Physical Distribution Excellence, you will manage Team Leaders and Supervisors, implement TPS/VPS on the floor, balance the workforce, secure OTIF targets, and own local

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
8+ years of experience in Operations Executives within high-volume Physical Distribution.
Experience leading Team Leaders and Supervisors in an international corporate environment.
Experience implementing TPS/VPS on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Lead daily outcomes, performance, and strategic alignment of Physical Distribution across Europe.
Lead and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors in Veghel and Santpedor.
Implement and drive TPS/VPS on the shop floor to boost productivity.
Balance workforce to meet demand and reduce labor costs.
Ensure OTIF targets and manage local QHSE, facilities, and budget.
