Job summary

Trindent Consulting is expanding its European practice and seeks Chemical Engineers with at least 2 years of refinery experience. You will support engagements across four core services, travelling ~80% to client sites across the EU in a fast-growing, project-delivery role.

Applicants should have strong data analysis skills, Excel prowess and the ability to work with client stakeholders in a site-based consulting environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on refinery experience.
• Strong understanding of refinery operations and process engineering.
• Advanced data mining and analysis skills in Excel; good problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Mine, cleanse and analyse operating data in Excel; develop dashboards, KPI grids and management reporting; support observations, audits, area profiles and continuous-improvement activities; translate findings into practical actions with measurable financial and operational impact.
• Work closely with refinery operations, planning, scheduling, laboratory, maintenance, engineering and management teams; help implement sustainable processes and embed new ways of working that continue after the engagement.
