Job summary

Resilient Cities Network is seeking a Manager – Communications (EU Programmes) to convert EU-funded project results into compelling stories and policy messages. You will join a global communications team, align with programme leaders, and drive dissemination across multiple projects in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
• Four years of professional communications experience with direct responsibility for dissemination.
• Ability to deliver communication plans and outputs to funder deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to translate technical content for non-specialists.
• Portfolio or links to at least 3 examples of written, digital and visual content with clear contributor details.

Responsibilities

• Dissemination and visibility strategy: lead project-wide dissemination plans and ensure EU visibility requirements.
• Deliverables and reporting: manage lead-partner deliverables, websites, and reports to EC requirements.
• Content, storytelling and advocacy: develop stories, case studies and policy-relevant outputs.
• Events and outreach: plan and deliver dissemination events and engagement activities across Europe.
