Job summary

RightHand Robotics is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for Europe/Remote. You will serve as the central liaison post-order between customers and RHR, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve performance and satisfaction goals, and delivering onboarding training.

Your role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvements, and ongoing customer value, with travel expected 25-33% and collaboration with engineering and deployment teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics for logistics/warehouse operations and/or project management/deployment.
• Experience with warehouse operations and preferably each-pick material flows.
• Familiarity with warehouse/manufacturing automation equipment.
• Excellent public speaking, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action.
• Experience delivering client-facing technical training.
• BA/BS Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between RHR and customers after orders to ensure project success.
• Coordinate internal and external project management meetings until goals are met.
• Track and present project updates to senior management.
• Conduct in-person and web-based onboarding training.
• Monitor account health and system performance.
• Use data-driven analytics to steer improvements.
• Develop process improvements to elevate customer experience.
• Travel on average 25-33%.
