Apex Group’s Holtara division is hiring an Advisor to lead Sustainability & ESG advisory work for financial-sector clients. Based in Amsterdam, you will manage defined workstreams, deliver client-ready outputs, and contribute to meetings and workshops with senior team members.

You will work with private markets GPs/LPs and corporate clients, translating client needs into practical ESG solutions while staying updated on EU Taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD and other regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability consulting.
• Experience with private equity or portfolio companies is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within international, multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid ESG foundation and willingness to develop across domains.

Responsabilités

• Support sustainability and ESG engagements with senior team.
• Conduct research, analyses and benchmarking to deliver client-ready outputs.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Develop practical, commercially relevant sustainability solutions.
• Assist with proposals, market research and business development.
