Job summary

Verifone is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Global Compliance team in Amsterdam (Hybrid). The role focuses on ESG and Product Compliance, reporting to the Global Compliance Director, and shaping Verifone's compliance framework for a company with worldwide operations.

You will manage ESG and Product Compliance Programs, provide second-line support across the framework, and advise on regulatory items affecting Verifone Group entities and outsourced activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance.
• Experience with a regulated manufacturing or hardware environment.
• Familiarity with ESG and sustainability reporting and product compliance.
• Ability to train and present information to regulators and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance for Verifone Group entities and oversee outsourced compliance activities.
• Provide advice on relevant regulatory items.
• Manage ESG and Product Compliance Programs within Verifone.
• Educate and coach staff on best practices around compliance.
