Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is expanding its ERP Application Management team. You will own the operational lifecycle of Warehouse Management ERP apps, ensuring reliability and continual improvement, while collaborating with ERP consultants and developers.

You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365, and participate in onboarding, continuous learning, and cross-functional initiatives within a leading e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management processes within an ERP environment.
• Strong ability to analyse complex issues and identify root causes to drive sustainable improvements.
• Knowledge of ITIL incidents, problems and change management is an advantage.
• Able to collaborate with business stakeholders, ERP consultants and developers and to learn continuously.
• Proactive mindset with interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve application operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of Warehouse Management ERP applications, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Own L1/L2 application operations, coordinating with ERP consultants and developers on L3 topics to ensure continuity.
• Support operational readiness and validation for changes and enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements for maintainability.
• Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
