Job summary
Redcare Pharmacy is expanding its ERP Application Management team. You will own the operational lifecycle of Warehouse Management ERP apps, ensuring reliability and continual improvement, while collaborating with ERP consultants and developers.
You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365, and participate in onboarding, continuous learning, and cross-functional initiatives within a leading e-commerce environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management processes within an ERP environment.
- Strong ability to analyse complex issues and identify root causes to drive sustainable improvements.
- Knowledge of ITIL incidents, problems and change management is an advantage.
- Able to collaborate with business stakeholders, ERP consultants and developers and to learn continuously.
- Proactive mindset with interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve application operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.

- Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of Warehouse Management ERP applications, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Own L1/L2 application operations, coordinating with ERP consultants and developers on L3 topics to ensure continuity.
- Support operational readiness and validation for changes and enhancements.
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements for maintainability.
- Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.

Join our newly established ERP Application Management organization and take ownership of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications supporting one of Europe's leading e-commerce businesses. You will ensure stable, reliable and efficient ERP operations while continuously improving application quality and supporting critical Warehouse Management business processes. Working closely with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, you will act as the operational owner of your applications throughout their operational lifecycle. You'll gain hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 while growing through structured onboarding, continuous learning and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

- Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications, ensuring reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Own L1/L2 application operations, collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity and application stability.
- Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational excellence and long-term maintainability.
- Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles to strengthen service quality and knowledge sharing.
- You have 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment.
- You enjoy analysing complex issues, identifying root causes and driving sustainable improvements rather than simply fixing symptoms.
- You understand application lifecycle and IT service management principles such as Incident, Problem and Change Management; experience with ITIL is an advantage.
- You enjoy collaborating with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, take ownership of your applications and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to continuously improve application operations, support processes, and user experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
