Job summary

The International Criminal Court in The Hague is seeking an experienced ICT professional to lead the Information Management Services Section’s database and ERP operations. The role focuses on SAP NetWeaver, Oracle, SQL Server, and related systems to ensure high availability and secure information management across the Court.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a related ICT field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of ICT work experience in database and ERP management.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and SAP NetWeaver is required.
• Experience in SAP installations and system refreshes is desirable.
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS) and related certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the database and ERP administration team.
• Manages SAP NetWeaver and databases; ensures availability of production and back-end environments.
• Develops strategies for database and ERP management and applies upgrades and patches.
• Coordinates disaster recovery planning and data security practices.
• Trains and develops technical staff for database/ERP management.
