Job summary

The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague is seeking an Analysis Assistant (G-4) to support unified teams with data entry, cleaning, and analysis of multi-language information for investigations and prosecutions. You will work with databases like IBM iBase and tools such as Relativity, Power BI, and ArcGIS.

Applicants should have at least four years of relevant experience, a secondary education diploma, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma of secondary education is required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience in an operational support environment, preferably with data input and/or administrative experience and/or analytical experience.
• Knowledge of databases and analytical software; accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English or French; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and data cleaning for databases (e.g., FAD).
• Support crime pattern monitoring and analysis with data from multiple sources using IBM iBase, Relativity, Power BI, and ArcGIS.
• Data entry and processing for telecommunications analysis using IBM iBase, Analyst Notebook, Mercure 3, ArcGIS and Excel.
• Conduct searches in databases, open sources and social media to support analysis.
• Produce summaries and collations and assist with other analytical tasks.
