Job summary

International Criminal Court seeks a proactive professional for the Planning and Field Operations Unit in The Hague. The role covers operational support, field mission planning, and confidential liaison with service providers to ensure smooth deployments.

Requirements include a secondary diploma with possible higher education, plus 6+ years' relevant experience, and strong IT/database skills. Fluency in English or French is expected, with other official languages advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma of secondary education; an advanced or first-level university degree may substitute for two years' experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative/logistics/operational experience.
• Experience with international organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to operations planning for field missions.
• Assist in processing mission plans for OTP.
• Maintain mission planning spreadsheets and related databases.
• Build and maintain networks with service providers while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support communication between Headquarters and OTP personnel in the field.
• Prepare reports on missions and operational activities for POS OTP management.
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly statistics and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
