Job summary

The International Criminal Court in The Hague, NL invites an Associate Database and ERP Administrator (P-2) to lead the database and SAP NetWeaver environment. The role oversees ERP and database operations, coordinates upgrades, and ensures high availability across production and test systems.

With a minimum two years’ ICT experience in database/ERP management and strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB and PostgreSQL, you will also contribute to security, documentation and disaster

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Systems Engineering, telecoms, CS or information systems; or equivalent with experience.
• Minimum two years (four with a first-level degree) in ICT, especially database and ERP management.
• Experience in Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL high-availability and backups.
• Experience with SAP installation, config, admin and system refresh is desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and scripting (Python/PowerShell) is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL and formal PM frameworks (PRINCE2/PMI) is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the database and ERP administration team and lead database/ERP management.
• Manage and monitor SAP NetWeaver and database environments (production and test).
• Maintain availability and perform upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Develop technical documents, standards and related tools; monitor systems.
• Coordinate disaster recovery activities and staff training for technical support.
