Job summary

Asahi Europe & International seeks an experienced Change Manager to independently deliver and embed change for a SAP S/4HANA ERP rollout across markets. You will ensure leadership buy-in and business readiness to realize project benefits.

You will partner with country leaders and BPOs to define local change strategies, craft messages, develop training plans, and measure adoption success. This is a 2-year hybrid role in Enschede, NL.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Advanced verbal and written proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder analyses and support messaging for stakeholders.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments to map future ways of working.
• Create and implement change management plans, KPIs, and communications.
