Job summary

GloPros in the Netherlands seeks an experienced SAP ERP/ECC leader to own core ERP platforms and drive the SAP S/4HANA transition. You will coordinate global projects, manage external partners and ensure secure, scalable designs across the business.

Based in Leiden with hybrid work, you will oversee incidents, changes and migrations, while aligning with ITIL/Agile practices and engaging senior stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain)
• 7–10+ years of senior experience in SAP ERP/ECC, consulting, solution ownership and ERP delivery
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and end-to-end processes (WM/EWM, Supply Chain)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, transformation programmes, migrations or template rollouts
• Understanding of SAP interfaces, security, IAM, controls and service management
• Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners
• Awareness of Agile/Scrum, ITIL or Lean methodologies
• Excellent English (Dutch is a plus), able to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders
• Curious, pragmatic mindset with ability to advise and challenge

What will you do?

• Act as technical owner and trusted advisor for ERP solutions, translating business needs into robust, secure and scalable designs.
• Own SAP ECC and related ERP solutions, while contributing to the transition towards SAP S/4HANA and standardized global platforms.
• Coordinate ERP projects, changes and incidents with functional teams, integration teams, vendors and global stakeholders.
• Manage external SAP/ERP delivery partners, monitoring quality, performance and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization and documentation for long-term maintainability.
• Lead ERP transformation projects and workstreams - from design through implementation - including migrations and S/4HANA programmes.
• Apply project management best practices to manage scope, risks, resources and timelines, with strong stakeholder communication throughout.

Where will you work?

You join the Digital & Technology department, part of the ERP & Integration Solutions team: a group of ERP and integration professionals supporting business-critical processes across the organization. The role is based in our Leiden office (hybrid), reporting to the Manager ERP Solutions.

What you bring
