Hem – Hours in cosultation

Why is this place different from most finance working students?

Do you want to make an impact? Do you want to work in a fast-growing organization where no two days are the same? Then you’ve come to the right place. With us, you get as much responsibility as you can handle, and you see the immediate effect of your work. In our company and in society. At Episode Group, you don’t work in an isolated corner of a large company. You will work in a small, informal finance team with direct lines to the CFO, and gain insight into the entire chain of second-hand clothing: from international purchasing to the shop floor.

About the organisation

Episode Group is an international family business in second-hand fashion. It started in 1985 at a market stall on the Waterlooplein in Amsterdam; We are now active in six European countries (NL, BE, FR, DE, DK and NO), with more than 200 employees, 17 stores and a Wholesale branch. From market stall to market leader. The second generation now leads the company and has ambitious growth plans.

Do you want to develop yourself during your studies? As a working student or Finance intern, you will actively participate in the financial administration behind our Wholesale activities and Retail stores (Episode) in six countries. You quickly get a lot of responsibility within a fast-growing organization. This way you develop faster than your classmates, and you contribute to a socially relevant company.

You are an integral part of the team, deliver important work for the company and interact directly with management. We like short lines of communication and people who take responsibility with both hands. The perfect environment to learn a lot next to your studies.

  • You are interested in a full-time position after your studies;
  • You have an affinity with numbers and are curious about the world of second-hand fashion;
  • You are accurate, eager to learn and communicate clearly;
  • You speak and write English well and can make yourself understood in Dutch;
