Job summary

Eye Security is hiring an entry-level SOC Analyst to join the Security Operations team. You’ll monitor security alerts, identify real threats, and escalate incidents, working with a structured onboarding process from day one.

You’ll build fundamentals in alert analysis, documentation, and escalation, while learning how a modern SOC operates at scale. This is a strong early-career role with growth potential across cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Basic IT fundamentals across networks and operating systems.
• Familiarity with alerts, logs, or incidents in cybersecurity.
• Exposure to security operations through studies, internships, or work.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Motivation to learn and grow in cybersecurity.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• English fluency; German or Dutch required for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze incoming security alerts from tools such as EDR and SIEM.
• Distinguish between false positives and real threats.
• Document findings clearly and consistently.
• Perform basic enrichment to add context to alerts.
• Escalate incidents to more senior analysts.
• Learn through onboarding and collaboration with the team.
