Best Practice Company (BPC) is building a new kind of consultancy and contracting organization in the Netherlands. This is a role for a recruiter who creates opportunities, not waits for requests, and who treats the venture as their own business.

You will build BPC Contracting from the ground up, sourcing SAP and AI professionals, developing a strong network of freelancers and candidates, and shaping a scalable client portfolio with the team.

Formación

• Experienced recruiter (agency or corporate)
• Understands how scarce profiles work (SAP, IT, data, AI)
• Commercially driven with integrity
• Takes ownership; acts like it is own business
• Brings structure to undefined processes and grows professionally

Responsabilidades

• Build BPC Contracting from the ground up with the team
• Actively source and approach SAP and AI professionals
• Develop and maintain a strong freelancer/candidate network
• Lead intake conversations and build long-term relationships
• Identify and develop new client relationships and market positioning
• Shape recruitment processes and contracting culture
