Base360.ai is seeking a Founder in Residence to identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry and build a new product vertical within the company. You will assemble the right team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with significant revenue and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rentals for new products or verticals.
• Validate customer problems via research and conversations with property managers and operators.
• Define product vision, strategy, and GTM plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
