DoiT International is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation stack. You will drive data integrity, automate processes, and collaborate with engineering on integrations, leveraging AI tools to speed up work.
Remote role across multiple European countries; strong focus on cross-system impact, governance, and delivering self-service capabilities for business users.
Our GTM Systems Engineer will be an integral part of our Enterprise Systems team. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden. We are also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal.
We're looking for an engineering-minded owner of the systems our Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams run on: CRM, marketing automation, CPQ and the tools around them. This is not a ticket-queue role. Business teams will bring you solutions (\"add a field\", \"build me a report\"). Your job is to find the problem behind the request and see how a change affects every connected system. Then fix it once, ideally so the next person can do it themselves without filing a request. You'll have an internal engineering team to lean on, and you'll use AI tools daily to build faster.
Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference.
We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life. We embrace and support leveling up your skills professionally and personally.
