Lucid is seeking an Expansion Account Executive to lead strategic growth across Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale in Amsterdam. You will engage current customers, uncover expansion opportunities, and work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals and continual engagement.
The role requires 3–5+ years in SaaS/tech sales, strong relationship-building skills, and experience with Salesforce. This is a hybrid position with in-office days Tue and Thu in Amsterdam.

Expansion Account Executives (AEs) lead the strategic expansion business growth for current Lucidchart, Lucidspark and Lucidscale customers across their assigned territories. Post prospect qualification, AEs will work directly with potential and existing customers to create business value across multiple personas, continually working to close sales opportunities. AEs will also work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), to ensure renewals, drive expansion and continual customer engagement.
