Optiver is seeking an experienced engineering leader to establish Corporate Engineering as a new capability within the Platform Engineering group. You will own the direction, the team, and the operating model, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Platform in Amsterdam with distributed colleagues across the US and APAC.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced engineering leader with a track record of building and growing software teams.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs end to end from problem definition through architecture, delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Credible with senior business leaders delivering technology and change to executive stakeholders in functions such as finance, people, legal or compliance.
• Strong enterprise architecture across integration, orchestration, data and identity.

Aufgaben

• Define the technology vision and architecture for corporate functions, balancing scalability, governance, security, cost and consistency.
• Set the engineering roadmap in partnership with the functions, translating business priorities into a technical plan.
• Build and lead a high-caliber software engineering team, primarily in Amsterdam with distributed members in the US and APAC.
• Contribute to the software engineering output of the Corporate Engineering team and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
