Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking an AI and Data Engineering Lead to drive the AI-native transformation across the Technology Business Unit. You will shape the AI/data strategy, align roadmaps with engineering priorities and own the portfolio from ideation to deployment.

In this senior role you will redesign workflows, build reusable AI patterns, and lead fusion teams across engineering, data, and software domains to deliver measurable improvements in lead time, quality and time to market.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in engineering/technology development.
• 7+ years leading AI initiatives/transformations.
• Proven ability to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI and data strategy for Technology BU.
• Lead end-to-end AI-enabled transformations in engineering workflows.
• Build and scale reusable AI patterns and data products.
• Establish multidisciplinary fusion teams and governance for AI projects.
