Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive AI deployments from discovery to production rollout. You will embed with enterprise customers, translate their needs into actionable deployment plans, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

In this hands-on role, you’ll navigate ambiguity, own outcomes, and ensure deployments run smoothly in real-world environments, bridging the gap between what AI enables and how it operates today.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused or execution roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguity into concrete plans.
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand processes and identify key problems.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to define workflows and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure adoption and proper operation.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements from real usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
