Job summary

Tribe28 is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents. You will shape conversational AI by developing secure, scalable solutions across multiple digital channels and mentoring colleagues within the team.

The role emphasizes agent orchestration, grounding, and API integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. You will implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the evolution of the AI platform.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of agent orchestration, prompting, grounding, and API integrations.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse and integration patterns.
Strong experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise solution design.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices, preferably using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Copilot Studio agents for enterprise-scale interactions.
Create secure, scalable, and reusable conversational AI components and architectures.
Improve grounding, orchestration, and prompting strategies to increase accuracy and satisfaction.
Lead technical design decisions and provide architectural guidance across AI initiatives.
Mentor and support Agent Makers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
Implement and maintain ALM processes and DevOps pipelines for reliable deployments.
