Job summary

Jobster in Nijmegen zoekt een inzetbare professional voor de productie van hoogwaardige laswerkstukken. Je leest technische tekeningen, stelt orbital lasapparatuur in en past lasprogramma’s aan om kleine series en maatwerkonderdelen met uiterste precisie te vervaardigen.

Het bedrijf biedt een fulltime positie in een two-shift regime (6:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00), met 25 verlofdagen en 8% vakantietoeslag. Reiskostenvergoeding geldt en onboarding en training staan centraal.

Qualifications

• In staat tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
• Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving waar precisie vereist is.
• Lassenervaring is een plus, bij voorkeur TIG.
• Bereid om in een twee-ploegendienst te werken.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Tekeningen interpreteren en lasactiviteiten voorbereiden.
• Orbital lasmachines en laskoppen opzetten en bedienen.
• Lassenprogramma's afstellen en optimaliseren.
• Kleine productie- en maatwerkonderdelen produceren met hoge nauwkeurigheid.
• Voltooide producten inspecteren en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens specificaties.
• Dunne wals-stalen buis (diameter 5–20 mm) voorbereiden voor vervolgmontage.

Your Responsibilities are:

• Interpret technical drawings and prepare welding activities accordingly.
• Set up and operate orbital welding machines and welding heads.
• Adjust and optimize welding programs when required.
• Manufacture small production batches and custom-made components with high accuracy.
• Inspect completed products and perform quality checks according to specifications.
• Prepare thin-walled stainless steel tubing (diameter 5–20 mm) for further assembly operations.

• Salary between €3,900 and €4,250 gross per month.

• Good command of either English or Dutch.
