Job summary

Carrière in Nijmegen zoekt een ervaren TIG/Orbital Welder voor werk in een professionele high-tech productieomgeving. Je werkt voornamelijk met dunwandige roestvrijstalen pijpen en componenten voor hoogwaardige gas- en leidingensystemen.

Verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder meer TIG en/of orbital lassen, assembleren/fabriceren van piping systemen, materiaalvoorbereiding en werken volgens technische tekeningen. Je inspecteert lassen en houdt kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen aan.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met TIG- en/of orbital lassen.
• Ervaring met het lassen van dunwandige roestvrijstalen buizen en componenten.
• Ervaring met pijpleidingen, fabricage of vergelijkbaar technisch werk is sterk gewenst.
• In staat om technische tekeningen en specificaties te lezen.
• Kennis van lasprocedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkwijze.
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
• Nederlands of Engels op minimaal B1-niveau.
• Bereid en in staat om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Lassen van TIG en/of orbital laswerk.
• Assembleren en fabriceren van pijpleidingsystemen.
• Materiaalvoorbereiding en werken volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties.
• Inspecteren van voltooide lassen en zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Are you an experienced TIG or Orbital Welder looking for a new technical challenge? Join a professional high-tech production environment in Nijmegen and work with high-quality stainless-steel piping systems.

Over de functie

As a TIG / Orbital Welder, you will work in a professional technical production environment in Nijmegen, mainly with thin-walled stainless-steel pipes and components used in high-quality gas and piping systems.

Your responsibilities include TIG and/or orbital welding, assembling and fabricating piping systems, preparing materials, and working from technical drawings and specifications. You will also inspect completed welds and ensure that all work meets the required quality and safety standards.

This is a full-time position in a 2-shift system, offering the opportunity to develop your skills in a specialized high-tech environment.

Wat wij vragen

• Professional experience with TIG and/or orbital welding
• Experience welding thin-walled stainless-steel pipes and components
• Experience with piping, fabrication or similar technical work is strongly preferred
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
• Good knowledge of welding procedures and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused way of working
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work
• English or Dutch at minimum B1 level
• Willing and able to work in a 2-shift system

Wat wij bieden

• An attractive salary of €17.00–€21.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience and skills
• An additional 16% shift allowance for working in the 2-shift system
