Job summary

Start People in Nijmegen zoekt een gedreven professional met sterke technische achtergrond om productieprocessen te ondersteunen. Je leest technische tekeningen, stelt en bedient orbital welding machines in, en past programma's aan voor optimale prestaties.

Je werkt in een twee-shift systeem en levert nauwkeurig werk. De organisatie biedt onboarding en kansen voor professionele ontwikkeling binnen een innovatieve High-Tech omgeving.

Qualifications

• In staat technische tekeningen te lezen.
• Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving waar precisie essentieel is.
• Lassen ervaring, bij voorkeur TIG, is een voordeel.
• Bereid om in twee ploegen te werken.

Responsibilities

• Interpreteren van technische tekeningen en lassenactiviteiten hierop afstemmen.
• Opzetten en bedienen van orbital welding machines en laskoppen.
• Lassen-programma's aanpassen en optimaliseren waar nodig.
• Fabrikeren van kleine productiepartijen en op maat gemaakte onderdelen met hoge precisie.
• Inspecteren van voltooide producten en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens specificaties.
• Voorbereiden van dunwandige roestvrijstalen buis (diameter 5–20 mm) voor verdere assemblage.

Your Responsibilities Are

• Interpret technical drawings and prepare welding activities accordingly.
• Set up and operate orbital welding machines and welding heads.
• Adjust and optimize welding programs when required.
• Manufacture small production batches and custom-made components with high accuracy.
• Inspect completed products and perform quality checks according to specifications.
• Prepare thin-walled stainless steel tubing (diameter 5–20 mm) for further assembly operations.

This Is What You Van Expect

• Salary between €3,900 and €4,250 gross per month.
• A full-time contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Work in a 2-shift system.

• (14.30-23.00)
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Good command of either English or Dutch.
• Own accommodation and transportation available.
