Qualifications

• Secondary-level technical education or equivalent.
• TIG Level 3 certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with TIG welding on stainless steel and reading technical drawings.
• Strong eye for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Preparation and welding of stainless steel components according to drawings and standards.
• Set-up and calibration of welding equipment and inspection of welded parts.
• Production planning and ensuring on-time delivery of complex welded structures.
• Maintenance of tools and safe operation of equipment; discuss issues with Team Leader.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to improve processes while maintaining safety and quality.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
