Job summary

Jobster zoekt een Quality Control Technician voor de productievloer in de Nijmegen-regio. Je ziet toe op kwaliteit en levert nauwkeurige inspecties, rapportages en documentatie voor verzending aan klanten.

Je werkt hands-on met tekeningen en precisie meetapparatuur en rapporteert direct aan het productie- en kwaliteitsmanagement. Doorgroeimogelijkheden en een informele, collegiale sfeer worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Een afgeronde technische opleiding in een relevante richting.
• Ervaring in technische productie en assemblage.
• Ervaring met lezen van technische tekeningen.
• Ervaring met precisie meetapparatuur.
• Gestructureerde en detailgerichte werkwijze.
• Bereidheid tot fulltime werken in twee-ploegendienst.
• Goede Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Basis MS Office-vaardigheden.
• Eigen huisvesting en vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van onderdelen en assemblages voor verzending.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale inspecties volgens tekeningen en specificaties.
• Meten van producten met klemmen, micrometers en precisieapparatuur.
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en documenteren van non-conformiteiten.
• Opstellen van inspectierapporten en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
• Goedkeuren van producten die aan alle kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.
• Samenwerken met productie- en assemblageteams om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen.
• Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen in inspectie en productie.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality Control Technician, you are an important link between production and the final product. You make sure that customers receive high-quality products they can rely on.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections using technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products with calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

This is a hands-on technical position on the production floor of a high-tech company and not a laboratory role.

Functie-eisen

You are accurate, structured and take pride in delivering quality. You enjoy working with technical drawings, precision measuring equipment and solving quality issues. You are comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment and understand the importance of accuracy.

You also have:

• A completed technical education, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar qualification;
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
• Experience reading technical drawings;
• Experience with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail-oriented working style;
• Availability to work full-time in a two-shift schedule:
  • 06:00-14:30
  • 14:30-23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
