Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Breda zoekt een ervaren CNC Bending Operator om het buigproces te managen, van programmeren tot inspectie. Je werkt in een team en draagt bij aan veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle productie.

Je werkt met CNC persbrekers en 3D buigmachines, circa 50% serieproductie en 50% maatwerk. Een vast contract is mogelijk na gebleken geschiktheid, met een maandelijks salaris van €4.200–€4.400, 27 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantietoeslag.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3 of 4 of gelijkwaardig onderwijs.
• Technische tekeningen lezen.
• Kennis laserprojectie en buigprocessen.
• Ervaring met online en offline programmeren.
• Sterk technisch inzicht en fijne motoriek.
• Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en gericht op kwaliteit.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Programmeren en opzetten van CNC persbuigers en 3D buigmachines (online en offline).
• Producten controleren op afmetingen en kwaliteit aan de hand van tekeningen.
• 50% series en 50% maatwerk werkzaamheden, mogelijk later welderswerk.
• De productie plannen, start- en planningsmomenten bijwonen en transporteren met vorkheftruck/overslagkraan.
• Onderhoud en veiligheidsvoorschriften volgen en werken volgens procedures.
• Samenwerken met collega’s en meewerken aan procesverbeteringen.

Job description

As a CNC Bending Operator, you are responsible for the complete bending process, from programming and setting up machines to inspecting the finished product. You work in a team and help ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Programming and setup: Program and set up CNC press brakes and 3D bending machines, both online and offline, and install the correct tools.
• Processing and quality: Read technical and assembly drawings, process bar and coil material, and check products for dimensions and quality.
• Production: Work approximately 50% on series production and 50% on one-off customised products. In the future, you can also develop your skills by working with a welding robot.
• Planning and organisation: Participate in work meetings and daily start-ups, monitor delivery and standard times, complete orders and carry out internal transport using a forklift or overhead crane.
• Maintenance and safety: Perform first-line maintenance and work according to applicable procedures and safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Teamwork and improvement: Work closely with colleagues, guide employees and trainees where needed, and discuss technical issues with the Production Manager and/or Manufacturing Engineer. You also contribute ideas to improve the production process and product manufacturability.

In short, this is a varied and technically challenging position where you can make a real difference! You will be working in a 2-shift system: Monday to Thursday: 06:00-15:00 or 15:00-00:00 and Friday: 06:00-11:30 or 11:30-17:00.

Functie-eisen

For this position, we are looking for a technically skilled CNC Bending Operator who works accurately, has strong technical insight and takes responsibility for the quality of their own work.

• You have MBO level 3 or 4 or an equivalent level of education;
• You can read technical drawings and assembly drawings;
• You have knowledge of laser projection and forming and bending processes;
• You have experience with both online and offline machine programming;
• You have strong technical insight, good manual dexterity and spatial awareness;
• You work accurately, systematically and in an organised manner;
• You have a strong focus on quality, safety and productivity;
• You have a very good command of the English language (Dutch is a big plus);
• You work well with colleagues and are willing to share knowledge;
• You are willing to contribute ideas for improvements to the production process.
