Jobster in Nijmegen zoekt een Hightech Operator die zorgt voor kwaliteitsborging van hoogwaardige onderdelen in een schone omgeving. Je werkt nauwkeurig aan inspecties, schoonmaak, CNC-gerelateerde taken en het interpreteren van technische tekeningen.

De rol biedt een fulltime positie met twee ploegen en uitzicht op een vast contract. Belangrijke voordelen zijn 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding.

Competenze

• Voldoende inzicht in kwaliteitsnormen en inspecties.
• Inzicht in technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Ervaring met cleanroomomgevingen is een pré.

Mansioni

• Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen en materialen op kwaliteit.
• Componenten schoonmaken met ultrasone apparatuur en droging controleren.
• Weldverf tussen roestvrij staal verwijderen volgens eisen.
• Lichte CNC-gerelateerde bewerkingen, afstellingen en toezicht op machines.
• Technische tekeningen en werkopdrachten lezen en interpreteren.
• Verpakken van eindproducten in cleanroom-omgeving volgens procedures.
• Verzenden labelings en productiedocumentatie voorbereiden.

As a Hightech Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

As a Hightech Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

• €0.25 travel reimbursement per kilometre;
