Job summary

Start People is seeking a Cleanroom Technical Operator in the Nijmegen region to ensure high-quality components in a controlled environment. You will work in two shifts and focus on inspection, cleaning, and documentation to support production.

The role requires reading drawings, basic CNC tasks, and strict adherence to cleanroom standards. You should have your own accommodation and transport and be fluent in English and/or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience.
• Hands-on technical work and comfort with production equipment and measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience in cleanroom, manufacturing or high-tech production is a plus.
• English and/or Dutch language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts and materials against quality specs.
• Clean components with ultrasonic equipment and ensure proper drying.
• Remove weld discoloration from stainless steel components.
• Perform light CNC-related operations and machine monitoring.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Package products in a controlled cleanroom and prepare production docs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace per cleanroom rules.

As a Cleanroom Technical Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;


• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;


• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;


• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;


• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;


• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;


• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;


• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

You Can Expect

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,695 including shift allowance;


• A full-time position in a two-shift schedule;


• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30


• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00


• Prospect of a permanent contract;

To Be Successful In This Role, You

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;


• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;


• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;


• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;


• Have basic computer skills;


• Can read technical drawings (preferred);


• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);


• Speak English and/or Dutch;


• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;


• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
