We are looking for an **Engineering Unit Lead** to take ownership of a portfolio of capital projects and drive technical investments from concept through implementation. This position is responsible for leading engineering projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and on time. Location: Weesp, The Netherlands**About the role**As an Engineering Unit Lead, you will act as the primary engineering partner for an assigned production area. You will be responsible for managing the project portfolio within your area, ensuring that both ongoing and future projects are prioritized, planned, and successfully executed.
