Job summary

Siemens in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks an Engineering Team Leader E-house & Skid solutions to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering modular power distribution for hyperscale data centers worldwide.

You will combine people leadership with technical oversight, develop engineering standards, and enable sustainable project execution. You’ll collaborate with PM, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Commissioning and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
10+ years in power distribution, modular construction, E-house or skid solutions.
3+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in a project-based environment.
Proven experience in people management and coaching.
Solid understanding of LV and MV power distribution systems.
Fluent in English; experience with modular building design and data centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers.
Build capabilities through recruitment and performance development; mentor juniors.
Provide technical and operational direction; drive quality, standardization and innovation.
Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Commissioning.
Build relationships with customers, suppliers and engineering partners; represent the E-house & Skid organization.
