SiTime Corp. in the Netherlands seeks a Director of Circuit Design Engineering to lead the Netherlands team in developing MEMS-based timing solutions for high-performance networks and ultra-low-power mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with strong technical, managerial, and communication skills, capable of driving fast-moving design teams and delivering on product roadmaps. This role offers significant growth and international collaboration.

Formación

• MS degree and 10+ years in custom analog IC design.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional design teams.
• Experience with high-performance mixed-signal chips.
• Strong background in architecture, specifications, and tape-out.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, build, and motivate world-class engineering teams
• Lead a cross-functional IC Design team consisting of Analog, Mixed-Signal, Digital, and Layout engineers to develop precision timing solutions
• Provide wide and sharp technical expertise to resolve challenges and opportunities
• Identify product and process shortcomings and propose optimal procedures
• Make products level decisions including testability, manufacturing, cost, applications, and product support features/consideration
• Collaborate with Systems, Test, and Applications teams to design chips with DFT/DFM and fast silicon bring-up
• Partner with Customers, Marketing, and Sales to define products, roadmaps, and schedules
• Manage engineers to accomplish customer, schedule, and budget goals
• Drive other projects as needed by management or business needs
