Alcor is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams at PX.com in Amsterdam. In this hands-on leadership role, you will balance people management with technical direction, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience managing engineering teams and 8 years in software engineering, along with a strong understanding of system architecture and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for developing your team, improving processes, and driving delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Experience working in the cloud, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on experience with .NET is a plus.
