Job summary

One Click LCA Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of about 10 engineers, primarily working with React and C#/.NET.

You will set the technical direction, stay close to the code, and report to the CTO, partnering with Product and Design to turn the roadmap into impactful sustainability software. The role emphasizes AI-centric development, hands-on leadership, and strong engineering practices to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience including 3+ years leading or managing engineers.
• Proven experience balancing people management with technical leadership.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools and agents in a professional team.
• Experience building a strong team culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Clear, empathetic communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Nice to have: AI/LLM-powered product features or sustainability/data-heavy software.
• Deep hands-on expertise in C#/.NET and solid experience with React.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of about 10 engineers, mainly React and C#/.NET, and set technical direction.
• Embed AI coding assistants and agents across the development lifecycle.
• Coach engineers through regular 1:1s and feedback, fostering AI-assisted workflows.
• Own architecture decisions for the frontend and backend to keep the platform scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Stay hands-on with code reviews, design work, prototyping, and solving hard problems with AI tools.
• Plan and prioritize work to ship features reliably while balancing debt and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and domain experts to shape scope and AI-powered features.
