Job summary

Henkel in the Netherlands invites a proactive intern to join the Engineering and Maintenance team for a hands-on six-month program focused on equipment maintenance, reliability, and digital transformation in a fast-paced facility.

You will support preventive/predictive maintenance, analyze CMMS data for optimization, and assist in plant upgrades and TPM initiatives, with a monthly intern allowance of EUR 1000–1250 and opportunities to engage with the BeNeLux intern community.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Available to start November 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
• Familiarity with CMMS and root-cause analysis is a plus.
• Interest in Industry 4.0 technologies and digitalization in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Use data from the CMMS to monitor performance and suggest optimizations.
• Assist in plant modifications, upgrades, and installations with digital solutions.
