Riverty in Amsterdam is seeking an Engineering Lead for Checkout, Consumer & Merchant to steer multiple engineering teams toward technical excellence. You will own the technical direction across domains including checkout, consumer experiences, merchants and consumer finance offerings.

You combine leadership with architecture and organizational thinking to enable teams to perform at their best. You will collaborate with Tech and Product Leadership and other senior stakeholders to align

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and developing engineering leaders across multiple teams.
• Broad software engineering and architectural expertise spanning frontend, backend, data and cloud technologies.
• Product and business mindset translating priorities into technical direction.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to translate opportunities into engineering practice.
• Ability to align in an international environment and enable autonomous teams.
