Priva is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead the Building Automation engineering organization, spanning hardware, embedded and cloud engineering, quality, and project delivery management. You own end-to-end development and drive performance, quality and sustainable tech decisions in collaboration with the CPTO and Product Director.

You will define and execute the engineering strategy, lead multi-team delivery, and build a high-performing organization with strong leadership,

Formación

• 10+ years in software or product development, 5+ in an engineering management or director role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Technical experience in embedded systems, cloud platforms or complex IoT products.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-team products.
• Experience building engineering organizations: hiring, development, accountability, raising the bar.
• Leadership with radical ownership and an outcome-based mindset; strong systems thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end development, delivery, engineering quality and engineering performance.
• Lead the Building Automation engineering organization across hardware, embedded and cloud engineering, quality, and delivery management.
• Define OKRs and KPIs for the domain aligned with company strategy and drive improvement.
• Drive operational excellence, automation and AI adoption to improve delivery and efficiency.
• Balance customer value, priorities, technical sustainability, quality and delivery risk.
