You will partner with Chief Engineer and architects to embed AI-assisted development, drive performance, and ensure scalable, high-quality software across product lines. The role combines hands-on coding, governance, and strategic leadership in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of architectural and software development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to translate new technologies into workable tools and processes.
• Experience implementing technical direction and standards across product lines.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear engineering leadership recommendations.
• Familiarity with architectural design and governance practices.
• Experience delivering complex projects and engaging with customers or internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and their impact on quality and speed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical implementation of practices, processes, and tooling across the SDLC.
• Translate standards into actionable artifacts and workflows.
• Surface architectural and quality risks and address them early.
• Stay hands-on with AI coding capabilities and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and architecture teams on decisions.
• Drive adoption of internal engineering platforms and reusable components.
• Identify emerging technologies to improve engineering standards.
