GKR Search and Selection is seeking an Engine Technical Records Specialist to join an established aviation platform. The role focuses on handling engine and component technical records, supporting asset transactions, and ensuring documentation accuracy within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have strong aviation records experience, knowledge of parts life cycles, and familiarity with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aircraft technical records within airline, MRO, leasing or aviation services.
• Strong understanding of life-limited parts, serialized components, and aviation maintenance documentation.
• Good knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and technical record standards.
• Confident communication and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate technical records to support asset acquisitions, sales, and portfolio activity.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation packages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse maintenance and component records for accuracy and completeness.
• Support management of OEM technical documentation and related record systems.
• Identify data discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvements in record quality.
